A Single Mandrel Uncoiler has a mandrel that can expand and collapse. This mandrel is used to grip the coil during uncoiling and recoiling.

Coils with higher weight and larger thickness require a cone-type uncoiler for uncoiling in coil processing lines. The uncoiler is divided into two parts. Both parts are simultaneously inserted into the inner diameter of the coil and the coil is secured.

Twin Arm Uncoilers are used to increase production as compared to traditional uncoilers. While one coil uploaded on one arm is running along the processing line, another coil is uploaded on the other arm of the uncoiler. When the first coil is unwinded completely, the uncoiler is rotated and the second coil is now initiated to unwind. The first arm is again loaded with another coil and kept ready for next round of coil.
